Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) 

Clinton, IA | Full-Time, Part-Time | Multiple Shifts Available | $20.00+/hour, based on experience

What You'll Do: 

• Monitor and record vital signs, including blood pressures, temperatures, pulse rates, and respiration rates report and changes to the appropriate staff members 
• Document and report information pertaining to changes in residents’ condition, behavior, personal needs, and appointments to the nursing staff. 
• Encourage socialization among residents and promote activities, assisting with activities as requested 
• Maintain a safe, home-like, and pleasant environment for residents 
• Maintain a clean and organized patient environment, including changing bed linens and tidying patient rooms 
• Maintain confidentiality of verbal and written information pertaining to residents, facility operations and personnel 
• Practice safety in working around and with equipment, chemicals, tools, and utensils 
• Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene assistance 
• Assist with medication management and administration, as directed by a healthcare professional 

What We're Looking For: 

We're looking for someone who: 

• Active CNA License in Iowa, or transferrable to Iowa 
• Current CPR/BLS certification (CPR certification offered bi-annually) 
• Positive attitude, empathy, and the ability to lead by example 
• Strong assessment and time-management skills 
• Genuine passion for working with older adults 
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills 
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail 
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred 

Education: 

• High School Diploma/GED required 
• CNA Licensure 

Experience: 

• One (1) year experience in a hospital, nursing care facility, or other related medical facility preferred (but not necessary, will train the right candidate). 
• Entry Level (0-2 years)

The Details: 

Pay: Starting at $20.00/hour, depending on experience 

Schedule: Full-Time, Part-Time 

Shift: Day or Night shift options
